Personally, I do not like powerpoint. Being the Marketing Director for LEAP, I find powerpoint too basic, however it is better for beginners. Although, I found Tufte a little aggressive, I agree with the fact that powerpoint is overused, and often times used incorrectly. I liked that Reynolds touched on the fact that powerpoint can be used successfully if and when used correctly. For my purposes of marketing It is essential not to use a program or design too much, because it becomes less successful in capturing the audience. I find that this is often the case with Powerpoint. Nowadays, it is overused and being so it does not enhance learning as it used to. It also is common knowledge to know how to use it, making it less impressive when trying to persuade.
