The format of an accordion booklet is a great format because you get the best of both worlds with back-to-back pages in a classic book style, where images can be separate. You can also have two pages be a continuation of the same image. I tried to keep a clean, grid-like style while also harkening back to the look of a classic textbook with tiny numbering for different projects.
This was the first design course I have ever taken, and this was really a studio I wanted to take to get comfortable with Adobe Suite. My portfolio shows my progression throughout the course and the evolution of my pieces. I hope to continue to strengthen my skills and learn more techniques.
SlideShare of Neverending Story
In creating my digital portfolio, I wanted to show not just the necessary files we were required to work on during the class, but I also wanted to show the creative process for the six projects I have completed to show how I approached them.
What you see here in my Neverending Story are the creative processes and results of fifteen weeks of experimenting using tools such as Keynote, Illustrator,
Photoshop and InDesign to create some unique and wonderful artworks that will have you thinking long after you see them.
With that being said, I thank you for
looking at and appreciating the work that I put my time and effort into, and now I present to you, “My Neverending Story.”
